Living near Holt we usually just pop in. The staff have always been fantastic and really helpful. It was my sister's birthday so I thought it would be good to book an appointment as a treat. We gave a list of items we wished to try. Kylie rang to double check with me beforehand. It was a lovely afternoon. All the items were ready for us to try. Jules was great, lovely to see Megan too. I only intended to buy a Highbury clutch for my holiday but I thought I'd try the ankle Rockinghams. I don't normally do a heel but they were so comfy they came home too. Sara had Marylebone pumps and Rockinghams. After trying the full length charlotte it's now top of my wish list. It really felt like an afternoon with friends. See you soon

Wonderful experience at the Holt store, after a long summer marking exams I wanted to treat myself and the staff were excellent at helping me choose the correct styles and fits. I can’t wait to go back again!

I visited the Holt shop today and had the most wonderful experience. The ladies were all so welcoming, greeted myself and my husband when we walked in, the treatment we received was so professional and friendly, while trying on boots and other bits we were offered a lovely glass of bubbles to enjoy. I couldn't disagree more with the review below. It's interesting to see the history of how many awful reviews the below person has left... I just want to say a massive thank you to the ladies working in the Holt shop, exceptional customer service and beautiful craftsmanship... looking forward to our next visit to the shop 🙂

Had the pleasure of taking a break on the Norfolk coast so it seemed appropriate to plan a day trip to Holt and the F&F store. So glad I did! In the run up to the appointment we discussed what I would like to try on in store so they could make sure they had everything in stock on the day. Kylie & the team made me feel very welcome.

I had a great appointment at The Holt Store, both ladies were so lovely and Jules who I had my appointment with was fantastic. Having purchased items on line previously, this was our first visit to the Holt shop. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and their knowledge of the products was excellent. We were not rushed or pressurised into making a purchase at all. The reason for our visit was for a pair of Reginas for my daughter. Despite her age (16) the staff engaged with her well and made her feel very grown up and I, very much appreciated the complimentary tonic water! Well done to all. We will return!

Lovely experience at Fairfax & Favor at Holt. Lovely welcome, great assistance and advice, very friendly and glasses of Champagne to make it extra special. It was my birthday treat so they surprised me with a cupcake and balloon with gift which was a lovely touch. Definitely recommend

I had an amazing visit to Fairfax & Favour in Holt on Monday, 15th August. Was given a glass of champagne, birthday cake and balloon on arrival - I was even given a birthday present. The whole experience was amazing. I tried on several pairs of boots - was delighted that they fit me and was spoilt for choice. So much so, my husband bought me a second pair once I got home. One very lucky lady.
